The annual Catholic Services Appeal, or CSA, raises funds for the various ministries and efforts of Evangelization within the Diocese of Reno.
This is an essential appeal and needs the support of all people to the degree that any person can give.
The Campaign generally begins in February and concludes the following December.
Each parish is given its goal, and any amount donated over that goal is returned to the parish as a rebate. Parishes will use this rebate to do repairs, pay down debt, or help with their charitable works.
The Office of CSA manages and supports all aspects of the CSA campaign. We provide pledge cards, posters, the promotional DVD, newsletter inserts, as well as administering and processing all pledge redemptions from all the parishes. We post donations daily, mail out monthly reminders to our donors, and provide weekly and monthly reports to our parishes. In addition to the CSA, we are also integrated with the Office of Stewardship and Development.
