Catholic Divorce Survival Program
Do you know anyone who is divorced? Nearly everyone is affected by divorce; whether it’s you, or a family member, or a co-worker. Divorce happens………..and it hurts.
The CATHOLIC’S DIVORCE SURVIVAL Guide Program is a DVD/discussion program
beginning Sunday, April 3, 2016 at 3-5 p.m.
in the “Gathering Room” at St. Albert’s Catholic Church,
1259 St. Albert’s Dr., Reno, NV 89503.
St. Albert’s offers a Sunday 5 p.m. Mass if you should wish to attend Mass after the program.
The program covers the topics of shock, denial, anger, grief, guilt, forgiveness, money, the courts, the kids, the ex-spouse, annulment, dating, sexuality, spirituality, remarriage or staying single, and much more.
The program is based on the teachings of the Catholic Church, and open to anyone who needs comfort, counsel and clarity after a divorce.
Pre-registration is required. Cost is $25 on or before March 20, 2016. After March 20, the cost is $30. NO BABYSITTING is available.

Mail with a check written to the St. Albert Catholic Church, at address above. Pre-registration is complete when the check is received with completed forms.

Shirley S. Russell, OCDS, is a member of St. Albert’s parish having moved from Gonzales, Louisiana where she was a Certified Catechist for the Diocese of Baton Rouge. She has previously taught RCIA classes, Baptism Seminars, Renew faith sharing, and is a retired language teacher with a Master’s in Education. She has attended Religious Studies Institute and Loyola in Louisiana. Shirley is a member of the Discalced Carmelite Secular Order in Reno’s local Community, Our Lady, the Desert Rose.
